Honey-Mustard Dressing
A quick recipe for a versatile
dressing
Honey-Mustard Dressing |
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
2/3 cup mayonnaise
In small bowl, whisk water and
mustard; cover and set aside at least 30 minutes. In container of electric
blender, combine mustard/water, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Blend
to mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise to bowl. Gradually whisk in mustard mixture
until thoroughly blended and smooth. Refrigerate in non-reactive container.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups
Serve Honey-Mustard Dressing with a
classic Chef's Salad or use it to give your Cobb or Spinach Salad a twist. It's
also great in an Asian chicken salad, too.
